I’m Here to Help You
Frequently asked Questions
Booking & Availability
Send your date, venue (or area), and the type of coverage you’re considering (photo / film / both). We’ll confirm availability and recommend the best fit.
If you have a fixed date and venue, earlier is always safer—especially for peak weekends. If it’s short notice, still ask. Sometimes dates open up.
Yes. We photograph and film weddings throughout Ireland. For long-distance/overnight weddings, we agree travel details upfront—no surprises.
Style & Direction
Not at all. Most couples feel this way. Our approach is documentary-led, and when portraits happen we give calm, simple direction. You won’t be left guessing what to do.
Documentary at the core. But whenever the moment allows, we create Portraits with Intention—staged photographs that feel meaningful and powerful, not forced.
Yes. We’ll keep it efficient and respectful of your time. If you want a long list, we’ll help you plan it so it doesn’t take over the day.
Analog Film (35mm + 120)
35mm is the classic film format people think of—fast, flexible, and perfect for candid moments and atmosphere.
120 is medium format film—bigger film, more detail, smoother tones, and a more “iconic portrait” look.
Both are real film captured in-camera, then digitised and finished by us.
No. Film is used intentionally for key frames and master shots—decisive portraits and signature moments. Impact over quantity.
Film is included in our premium full-story option, and it can also be added to other packages as Analog Master Shots.
It depends on timeline and priorities, but the goal is never “as many as possible.” It’s a set of standout frames that carry real weight.
Yes. We digitize our negatives in-house and finish everything with one cohesive look across film and digital.
Wedding Film
Yes. You can book film-only, photo-only, or both.
Highlight Film: shorter, cinematic, shareable—captures the emotional arc.
Story Film: longer, more documentary-led—more context and more moments.
Yes—sound matters. We plan for clean audio because it’s often the most emotional part of the film.
Yes. Only when it’s permitted, safe, and genuinely adds to the story. Your film does not depend on drone footage.
Planning & Timeline
Yes. We’ll suggest the simplest plan based on your ceremony time, venue light, and travel. Even 10–15 minutes can be enough when it’s calm and well-timed.
It happens. We adapt, keep you calm, and protect what matters most. The story comes first.
Normal. We plan for it. If it’s raining, we work indoors, use shelter, and still create strong portraits. Weather doesn’t ruin photographs—lack of plan does.
Delivery & Quality
We don’t promise a number because the goal is a finished story, not a photo dump. The final gallery depends on coverage hours and the flow of the day—but it will be curated and complete.
We edit consistently: tone, color, contrast, and cohesion across the full set. We keep people looking like themselves—clean, natural, and timeless. Extensive retouching can be discussed if needed.
We’ll give you a clear delivery window at booking (it can vary by season). We don’t rush finishing—the work is delivered when it’s finished properly.
No. RAW files are unfinished working files, not a final product. What you receive is the fully finished work in our intended style.
